Ballad

Continuing my recent kick of drawing old characters of mine while simultaneously trying out new brushes I’ve been downloading for Krita.

This is Rick Alkway. He’s the lead singer of the band that the rest of the main characters are involved in. He’s also probably the most depicted character out of all the old Bitter Love characters.

Anyways, here’s some extra stuff as well:

A speedpainted pixel art landscape piece.

These next two pieces are part of some worldbuilding that I’m doing for a future project. There’s still a lot that needs fleshed out, but here’s a sneak peak either way:

A large, six-legged being that is known as a Cloudwalker. Not much is known about Cloudwalkers and what they do to the world, but their nomadic nature can be a danger to settlements that happen to be in its way. There’s no way to force a Cloudwalker to deviate from its path.

And last, the planetoid known as Infitiatus. Seen as a nuisance to the inhabitants of the nearby planet in its system. Infitiatus is always positioned in such a way that it blocks the planet from the gaze of one of the stars in the system. It’s believed by the inhabitants that Infitiatus is denying the people of the planet from receiving warmth, power, and blessings from the star it shrouds.

As to how this all relates, you’re just going to have to wait and see.

Sorry it’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been in depression land lately. Yay.
